Why Volunteer at the Disability, Ageing and Lifestyle Expo?

Volunteering has become an integral part of Australian life and it is hard to imagine how the country (and charities like ours!) could run without the valuable contributions of volunteers.

The beauty of volunteering is that it benefits both the community and the individuals who get satisfaction from volunteering, especially while working with others as a valued part of a team.

Volunteers are essential to the work of Catalyst Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation really proud of our strong volunteer team. This year Catalyst Foundation is offering some exciting new volunteering opportunities at the Disability, Ageing and Lifestyle Expo, the event that attracts thousands of people to the Adelaide Showgrounds every year.

Catalyst Foundation would love to hear from anyone who would like to join our Expo team. The volunteering experience is bound to be fun and sociable and a wide range of opportunities are on offer. If you think you might have a few hours to spare, either on Bump-In Day (the day that the setup will take place), Wednesday 14 October, or on the actual Expo Day, Thursday 15 October, please don’t hesitate to email our friendly team at events@catalystfoundation.com.au!

Thank you for helping us make this year’s Expo bigger and better than ever!
